Password doesn't work?

Check exact spelling of user name and password. Things to watch for:

• characters that appear similar — especially "0" and "O" (zero vs uppercase oh) or "1", "l', and "I" (one vs lowercase L vs uppercase i)
• spaces — user names and passwords cannot have spaces, although they can have "_" underscore characters that look like a space
• uppercase doesn't matter — "adamant" and "AdamAnt" are seen the same
